We use 17 varieties of apples, waiting until they drop before pressing and filtering them in the traditional way. We take time to ferment the cider and even more time to let it mature, up to 2 years in fact, tasting it along the way. Sure, there are faster ways of making cider, but then it wouldn’t be Magners.

Magners Pear

Only 100% premium quality pears, which are filtered to get rid of any impurities before being slowly fermented. That’s what makes Magners Pear so fresh, fruity and full of flavor. So next time you’re out and wanting a bit of a change, pour a Magners Pear, sit back and enjoy.

Collective Arts Brewing

Ransack The Universe

Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.

Life In The Clouds

Fall into the rich embrace of this New England style IPA. Simcoe and Mosaic hops balance each other to make this juicy IPA explosively fruit forward in both taste and aroma while curbing any unbearable sweetness to make an extremely drinkable beer. Peroni

The exceptional Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer was first brewed in Rome in 1963, in the same year that Italian style gained worldwide attention with the release of the film ‘La Dolce Vita’. The flavour deepens into subtle malt with a medium body. Combining our famous Guinness yeast with Irish-grown barley in a lager brewing process, our brewers changed the game.

Guinness Blonde American Lager

Irish tradition meets American spirit in Guinness Blonde American lager. Complex and flavourful. Light, floral and alive with citrus. This beer is perfectly balanced with a lingering malt and biscuity finish. It’s the coming together of vibrant flavours, of character drawn from both sides of the pond. And it’s come a long way to get here.

Guinness Irish Wheat

Our recipe starts with Irish-grown, Irish-malted wheat. A long fermentation with the classic Guinness yeast strain brings out subtle banana, clove and citrus notes—flavors we hold back in our stouts but let loose in our perfectly balanced Irish Wheat. The result is a golden and hazy wheat beer with a clean, crisp, refreshing zesty citrus taste.

Booth 21

Lake of Bays Brewing Co.

Grapefruit Radler

The first Radler (German for “cyclist”) was mixed in June of 1922 by a German innkeeper who didn’t have quite enough beer for the thousands of cyclists stopping by. He stretched his supply with fruit juice, and the rest is history. Our Radler blends real grapefruit juice and craft lager for crisp refreshment with an ever-so-slightly bitter finish. Hallertau hops and traditional small-batch brewing combine to make this the perfect decision on a hot day. Simply put, crisp and uber refreshing!

Grisette de Dunham

Microbrasserie Dieu du Ciel!

Rosée D’hibiscus

Rosée d’hibiscus is a delicate wheat beer with a floral and lightly acidic character. Its beautiful pink colour comes from the hibiscus flowers used in the brewing process. A perfumed aroma invokes fresh pink grapefruit and the pleasing texture persists nicely. A refreshing, quenching ale perfect for hot summer days & nights.

Péché Mortel

A deep, dark and profound stout. Espresso coffee is infused during the brewing of Péché Mortel, resulting in an intense dark beer with roasted malt flavours enhanced by bitter coffee. The dry finish is long and persistent. Intended as a tasting experience, we invite you to enjoy this brew in moderation.

Moralité

The concept of Morality is perhaps a subjective one, as the history of alcohol in Quebec may demonstrate. This IPA is brewed with a dare-we-say excessive quantity of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. The dry finish is highly aromatic and slightly resinous, invoking tropical fruits atop dominant hop bitterness.

Saison Du Parc

This straw coloured Saison is inspired by theBelgian tradition. Slightly veiled, it is dry with grainy aromas. The chosen hops straddle the line between the traditional and the new world and bring a touch of citrus and passion fruit, all the while letting the aromatic yeastshine through.

Isseki Nicho

Dark and rich, this imperial dark Saison is largely defined by its bitterness and roasted malt character. Compared to other stouts, the Saison yeast adds a surprisingly delicate, dry and spicy complexity to the lingering finish. In Japanese, “Isseki Nicho” means to kill two birds with one stone.

Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery

Flying Monkeys Live Transmission

This well hopped IPA is brewed with a combination of lactose sugar, grapefruit, orange peel and coconut white tea. The result is a light golden colour with vibrant bouquet of citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, fresh pine and hints of resin. Creamy in texture with resonating flavours and a pleasing bitter note that adds balance.

Juicy Ass IPA

Craft Beer enthusiasts have a cult-like obsession with the IPA. Once a beer lover graduates to the enjoyment of this resinous hoppy brew, there’s no turning back. Not ‘roided up with bitterness, this hazy, unfiltered brew celebrates juicy IPAs with an ambrosia of fruity hops creating a smooth flavourful brew dripping with hop goodness, not just harsh IBUs.

12 Minutes to Destiny

Every now and then, you should sit and enjoy a beer — unless you feel you’re too busy: then you should definitely have two. This sessionable, ruby-tinged brew is perfect for stopping the day and breathing. Steeped with heaps of hibiscus flowers, rosehips, and fresh raspberries, 12 Minutes to Destiny is a uniquely refreshing brew.

Wonderstar

Chocolate Manifesto

Three strata of raw cacao nibs, cacao powder, and chocolate malt layer a triple doozie of chocolate in this unique Milk Stout. Earthy espresso notes and creamy chocolate dominate this ruby-lit, burnt umber bodied beer simmering with a welcoming 10% ABV of bittersweet warmth.

Le Trou du Diable

La Saison Du Tracteur

Opalescent beer topped by a generous head. The complex aromas of citrus and passion fruit immediately draw you in to take that first sip. The taste offers the same aromas as the scent with an additional flavour of spices that stem from the authentic Saison yeast. The result is a thirst-quenching beer that combines the ingenuity of the New World and the rustic character of the Old Continent.

La Pitoune

The Pitoune Pils offers an intense aroma of grain and hops, topped with a rich, thick cream. The palate is both fresh and crisp, and the bitterness comes through with each sip for a refreshing experience. The St-Maurice River was the last river used to transport logs in Quebec. It was cleaned during the mid-90’s, thus ending a century of river-based timber transport. Since then, residents of the Mauricie as well as tourists have been enjoying the magnificent river.

Les 4 Surfeurs De L’apocalypso

Apocalypso is a veiled beer that perfectly combines the elegance of Belgian whites with the complex, hoppy character of American IPAs. Topped with a generous head, it features aromas of resin, candy, litchi, and pear. Its smooth palate is like a long lasting wave of piny bitterness just asking to be ridden.

Capitaine Simcoe

Capitaine Simcoe is a SMaSH Sour made of a single type of malt, in this case the Pearl, and of a single strain of hop, the Simcoe. This beer underwent a special treatment from the beginning to the end: sour mashing process, moderate hopping during the boiling phase, followed by a fierce Simcoe attack. The result: A blond with greenish highlights featuring a powerful nose ofKey lime pie and fresh herb aromas. Its tart palate evokes flavours of lemon and passion fruit yogurt, all of which stretch out to a dry and exquisitely fruity finish.

Smash Ipa (Citra)

SMaSH IPA is named for the expression ‘single malt, single hop’ since it is made from a single malt, the Golden Promises, and a single hop, the Citra. Typically, India pale ales are amber or red, but the distinctive SMaSH is a sparkling blonde beer topped with white foam. The aroma of honey and sweet malt is followed by strong, herbaceous citrus notes. The palate is a refreshing burst of aromatic hops, with the unique taste of Citra, making it an excellent thirst quencher.

L’impératrice

Dark beer with ebony color, a dense head and rich and complex aromas. Its scent displays notes of roasted malt with a back end of coffee, dark chocolate and caramelized sugar. Its velvety and gentle taste offers strong notes of roasting, supported by berries and the strong alcohol presence that gives it all the poise of a fine liquor.

La Bretteuse

La Bretteuse is an IPA aged at length in Pinot noir et Zinfandel barrels, which contain a large amount of brettanomyces. As a result of this process, this cloudy beer with hints of orange reveals a nose of rose water, grapefruit and vanilla. The acidity and bitterness of the palate engage in a long nuptial waltz, creating a delightful combination of flavours just waiting to be consumed.

Dulcis Succubus

Having aged up to twelve months in oak barrels of Californian botrytised white wine, this beer offers a complex scent of honeyed grape, vanilla, apricot and leather due to addition of wild yeast. Its ample and generous taste also lets peach and American hops come through.

Les Trois Mousquetaires

Gose

This unusual style is brewed with the sour mash technique, with a slightly salted water and aromatised with coriander seeds.

Porter Baltique

Strong dark lager inspired from Porters around Baltic Sea region.

Wheat ale mixing the flavors of Germany’s hefeweizens and America’s typical hops.

Sticke Alt

Stronger, rarer and hoppier version of an Altbier typically found in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Upstreet Craft Brewing

Commons

Our take on a Bohemian classic. Balanced and crisp, this local lager might be your new favourite brew. The Pilsner style comes from Pilsen, Czech Republic, the original city in which it was brewed. Following tradition we wanted to name our Upstreet Pilsner after its birthplace. In the 18th century, our brewery site was in “the Commons” – the outskirts of Charlottetown proper.

Do-Gooder

You’re on easy street with this go-to ale. A favourite style of our head brewer who values flavour balance as much as hop character. Named in tribute to all of the good folks who helped make the Upstreet dream a reality. We haven’t come up with a name for our Upstreet Superhero yet, so feel free to comment with your suggestion.

Rhuby Social Strawberry

You find yourself rubbing elbows with the Island’s finest at the Rhuby Social. Do you choose to go left, or right, or dead ahead? The right mix of sweet Island flavours and salty Island characters is the recipe for a great summer afternoon. Strawberry, rhubarb and spice make this witbier slightly tart and always refreshing.

PEI Brewing Company

Gahan Blueberry Ale

Enjoy a fruit beer that isn’t afraid to be a beer. Our Blueberry Ale is the perfect blend of organic local blueberries and a snappy, refreshing wheat beer. With a malt bill of almost 50% Canadian Wheat, 50% Canadian barley, and a touch of crystal malt, it’s bursting with crisp, clean malt flavours. We add real blueberry puree during fermentation which adds a subtle fruitiness and a slightly purple cast. This unfiltered brew delivers refreshing flavours without the tiresome sweetness found in most fruit beers.

Gahan 1772 India Pale Ale

This beer doesn’t hold back. We start with as much Canadian barley as we can fit in our mash mixer, then add some toasty Munich malt and toffee-flavoured crystal malt for a rich, malty balance to the hop onslaught that follows. We cram our kettle with Centennial and Cascade hop varieties for refreshing clean bitterness and hop flavour, then dry hop in the fermenter for an aroma that will spank you right in the face. Party like its 1772!

Gahan Sir John A’s Honey Wheat Ale

Erdinger Weissbrau

Erdinger Weissbier

The strength of this classic wheat beer lies in the harmonious balance it achieves between the various aromas. Gently spicy wheat and yeast aromas blend with mildly bitter hops. The invigorating carbon dioxide ensures its typical liveliness. A premium beer whose full-bodied yet elegant character leaves a lasting impression of ultimate Bavarian enjoyment. A truly unique wheat beer!

Erdinger Dunkel

This elegant wheat beer has a lustrous, deep dark-brown appearance in the glass. The first sip reveals a harmonious symphony of carefully selected wheat and barley malts with exquisite Hallertau aroma hops. The taste buds detect hints of caramel, nuts and fresh bread. An unmistakable top-fermenting accent is provided by ERDINGER’s traditional yeast.

Erdinger Pikantus

For a true Bavarian aperitif, divide a bottle of ERDINGER Pikantus between two connoisseur glasses – with its dark color and smooth creamy head, Pikantus is already a feast for the eyes. The flavor that develops on the palate is well-rounded and malty with a hint of nutmeg and fine nougat. The sparkling nature of ERDINGER Pikantus harmonizes perfectly with its slightly sweet character, as well as its soft and delicate finish.

Crafty Radler

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of grapefruit and tangerine soda that we created in-house. It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour from the added juice. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit with sweet notes of ripened tangerines. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this delicious blend. The taste of this Crafty Radler is as appealing to the taste buds as it is to the nose; the grapefruit flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

IPA

The first taste impression is of a very agreeable hop bitterness. Just enough to make you appreciate hops again, without being astringent or puckering. The citrus aroma plays very well together with the hop bitterness, while a pleasant maltiness in the background completes the picture of a prime example for a well balanced IPA.

Blueberry Ale

Blonde coloured ale with the wonderful essence of fresh blueberries. Sweet flavours of peppery blueberries, malts and spicy hops make this one a winner all the way. A one-of-a-kind refresher.

Cadian Cream Ale

A golden coloured ale lending itself to the wonderful malty aromas layered with just a kiss of spicy hops for a clean, smooth finish that will keep you coming back for more.

Fire Chief’s Red Ale

A deep tawny reddish hued Irish-inspired ale with a lingering nut-like maltiness. Very lightly hopped with a pleasant estery fruitiness expiring to wonderfully smooth finish.

Scotch Ale

Deep brown-amber coloured with a rich smokey aroma. Flavours of caramel, chocolate and peated malts. With it’s silky smooth, lightly smokey, roasty character it is a fantastic gold medal winning example of the style.

Premium Lager

A tribute to the Reinheitsgebot (beer purity law) of 1516, brewed using just barley, hops, yeast and water. Cold aged and matured for more than six weeks, there are no adjuncts, or artificial carbonation – resulting in a 100% natural lager.

Bière de Garde

A Belgian/French ale style, chestnut brown in colour. Low bitterness but characterized by complex fruity esters and alcohol can be evident.

4-Alarm IPA

Our classic west coast style IPA is hoppy, fruity and citrusy with a fantastic caramel malt backbone keeping it well balanced. Tawny amber coloured and medium bodied with a long lingering finish. Fantastic with spicy foods or tangy salads.

Muddy River Stout

Our oatmeal stout is deep midnight black coloured with a roasty aroma of malts, espresso and chocolate. Full and velvety with more sweet flavours of malt, coffee and chocolate as suggested in the aroma. Lightly acidic with a big finish, oatmeal surely isn’t just for breakfast anymore! 5.0% ABV

Pail Ale

An aromatic bouquet of hops and citrus fruits in our take on a pale ale, the light – medium bodied maltiness leading to the smooth, lingering finish screams at you to have another sip!

Black Strap Brown Ale

American style brown ale due to its medium bitterness. Truly brown in colour. Low to medium body and dry sweet malty finish of raoster barley and hints of black strap molasses. Malt bill prepared with a percentage of sour mash

A selection of cask-conditioned beers
